Joyce A. Boateng, RN, BSN, is the Founder and CEO of Golden Connection Staffing Group. As a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Joyce’s career is built on leadership across the full continuum of patient care.
With extensive experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC), Home Care, and Hospice, Joyce brings firsthand insight into the operational and clinical demands of diverse healthcare settings. Her hospice background reflects a deep commitment to compassionate patient-centered care, while her current role as a Director of Nursing (DON) allows her to uphold the highest standards when evaluating and placing healthcare professionals.
