Nurse-Owned Home Care Across Ohio
Compassionate, professional, non-medical home care for adults and seniors — delivered in your own home by background-checked caregivers — STNAs, HHAs, PCAs, Companions, and Homemakers — all supervised by a Registered Nurse.
Who We Serve
Seniors Aging in Place
Adults who want to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Adults recovering from surgery, illness, or hospitalization
Non-medical support during recovery, alongside any home health or therapy services already in place.
Families needing respite
Relief for spouses, adult children, and primary caregivers who need a break.
Our Home Care Services
All services are non-medical and provided under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3740. Care is individualized to each client through a written care plan created and supervised by our Director of Nursing.
Personal Care
Hands-on help with daily living — bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, oral and nail care, toileting and continence support, transfers, and walking assistance. Dignity-first care in your own bathroom and bedroom.
Home Health Aide Services
Help with both personal care and the practical tasks that come with it — managing the home, medication reminders, and homemaker tasks that go hand-in-hand with personal care. Note: Our caregivers do not administer medication; clients self-administer and our team provides reminders and physical assistance only.
Companion Care
Conversation, reading together, recreational activities, and friendly supervision. For clients who are largely independent but benefit from regular human connection and a watchful eye.
Homemaker Services
Light housekeeping, laundry and linens, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, errands, and mail management — so the household keeps running.
Respite Care
Short-term, in-home relief for family caregivers. Take a weekend, a vacation, or a much-needed afternoon — we step in so your loved one is never alone.
Live-In Care
24-hour in-home care provided by a caregiver who resides in the client's home. For clients who need continuous supervision and assistance day and night.
Not sure which service fits? Our RN will visit your home for a free assessment and build a care plan together with you.
How to Get Started
1
Call or request an assessment. Phone, form, or email — whichever is easiest.
2
Free in-home RN assessment. Joyce, our Director of Nursing, meets with you and your family in your home to understand the situation and answer questions. No cost, no obligation.
3
Personalized care plan. We write a care plan tailored to your needs, schedule, and preferences — and match you with the right caregiver.
4
Care begins. Most clients can start within a week of the assessment. Initial supervisory visit happens within the first week; routine RN check-ins every 90 days.
